Construction Expertise: Both founders are graduates of BYU, with one specializing in Construction Management and boasting over a decade of industry experience. With a background as a Project Manager at Miller General Contractors, they successfully oversaw a range of residential and commercial construction projects. Subsequently, as a Development Manager at Lotus, they managed critical aspects of residential and commercial developments, refining skills in project planning, team coordination, and delivering top-tier results.
Business and Process Development Expertise: Furthermore, our founders bring a wealth of knowledge from 10 years of experience in scaling software technology startups. Their proven track record includes driving growth through establishing replicable processes, nurturing client relationships, and scaling businesses from small teams to thriving enterprises. Noteworthy accomplishments include facilitating team growth from $1.2M to $21M ARR. This expertise ensures that our construction projects benefit from efficient management, precision, and customer-centric operations.
